A beginners guide to Ayurveda
Running for 5 weeks from
Monday 13th January 2022 at 6pm.
This is a theory based course centered around a talk and discussion as you work through your own workbook.
🌿 You will build and develop an understanding of what Ayurveda is. All the how, why’s, and what’s will be answered.
🌿 Learn about the importance of mind-body connection. Nothing is separate; what happens on the outside affects the inside. Understanding this concept will increase your knowledge of how the Ayurveda system works.
5 WEEK COURSE
Weekly guided meditation recordings, for you to enjoy at a time that suits you.
No need to have any experience as you will be guided with the aim of creating space and stillness within to allow yourself to be exactly as you are.
With so much external stimulus and constant life pressure and stress, we can find it difficult to switch off and rest. Meditation and mindfulness has been proven to help in performance and decision making, improves your quality of sleep and helps you let go of racing thought-patterns and negative self beliefs. You don't have to be "good" at sitting still or have high self discipline to benefit from this practice.

A Women's circle is a safe space for Women and mothers of all ages to come together. A space for self-reflection and rest.
To be held, listened to, inspired, supported, and be seen with compassion, and without judgment.
To show up and be met where you are, whether feeling full, vulnerable, vibrant or messy. To just BE and experience the magic.
We live in a very masculine driven world and women have been swept up into the hustle of doing, doing doing. Society encourages us to judge one another instead of sharing our trust, strength, and grace.
Magic happens when women gather in circle. When we slow down, drop our shields, nourish our selves, and lean into a grounded and compassionate space.
Group Reiki Drumming Circle every other Monday from 4th October 2021 at 7pm.
This is a sound therapy where the beat and vibration of the drum takes you on your own healing journey.
